What statistics do you provide?

You will have access to a full suite of online statistics showing interactions and sales, browser statistics and chat logs.

Can I configure the service myself?

Yes you can. You can set up your own virtual chat operators, the initial chat messages that the customer gets and the special offers that are available.

Does you service know the answer to all questions?

No, but your dedicated account manager will continuously monitor the performance and work with you to add answers to questions that the virtual agent cannot answer. The account managers are remunerated on performance so this is a top priority for the account manager.
